SNOW CHILD

by Matt Wilkinson

Alaska, 1920. Scarred by the loss of their only child, Mabel and Jack move to the wilderness to restart their lives. With the onset of winter, they are battling to survive.

During the first snow they make a ‘snow child’ together. By morning she has mysteriously vanished. Disbelieved by the community, the couple set about bringing the snow child back into their lives.

Spare, fluid and elemental, Snow Child is a gripping, transformative story, filled with hope, longing, sacrifice and redemption.

Based on the Pulitzer-Finalist novel The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey.
